Regency Investment Group was founded after years of personally investing in real estate and seeing the benefits it provides. Regency seeks to bring the power of real estate to every investor by providing our clients with opportunities to invest in income-producing, appreciating multifamily (apartment) assets as passive owners.
Our mission is to help investors turn their financial goals into reality by investing in "real assets" that provide both cash flow (income) and appreciation. Leadership
Sarah May
Sarah is co-founder and president of Regency Investment Group and has 11 years of experience with multifamily investing. Sarah’s prior professional background was in aerospace and propulsion engineering at Lockheed Martin. She also worked in strategic planning where she was responsible for developing the strategic priorities for the multi-billion dollar corporation.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado. Sarah owns and operates over 500 multifamily units and is invested in over 2000 units across the country.
Alex May
Alex is co-founder of Regency Investment Group and has 14 years of multifamily investing experience. His background is in aerospace engineering at Lockheed Martin where he held critical technical roles in spacecraft development and engineering management for both small and large space programs.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado. Alex owns and operates over 500 multifamily units and is invested in over 2000 units across the country.
